Congratulations to the Honor Orchestra upon receiving a Gold Medal at the Great East Music Festival in Springfield, MA. on May 9, 2009

Fifth Grade Honor Band under the direction of Ms Elana Swardlick, is getting ready to start up for its fourth year.  The Honor Band is a select instrumental group that provides 25-40 young musicians the opportunity to perform high quality repertoire at an advanced musical level.

The Band rehearses Tuesdays from 3:30-4:45 pm at the Prescott Elementary School.  Our concert season for this year includes the Instrumental Classic Concert in March, the MICCA Festival Competition and the Norwood Fine Arts Festival For more information, contact Ms Swardlick eswardlick@norwood.k12.ma.us
